Good experience

I recently became a new patient of Dr. Ratliff. She's very personable and friendly and does her homework before she meets with a new patient. I really like her teamwork approach in regard to working with other doctors and specialists to be able to provide the best care for an individual patient's needs. This was something that was sorely lacking in my previous medical treatment. It is a very new practice so they are just beginning to assemble a patient roster. The plus side to this is you feel like you have the entire staff's undivided attention as opposed to being one of many.

Amazing person and helps ease you into what you came in there for. Five stars is not enough.
